A practice of breath, form, and attention. Movement as inquiry. Stillness as discipline. Taught with precision and patience by Hannah Jaspert.
Each format is its own inquiry. The architecture differs; the attention does not.
Movement sequenced to breath. Precise alignment, sustained intention: a practice that asks the body to listen, then answer.
Vinyāsa · lit. “to place with care.” Movement arranged to breath; sequence treated as craft.
The body-based root beneath most yoga forms. Conscious stretching and targeted work for posture. Drawing on Pilates, muscles activate; tension releases.
Mobility – postural inquiry. Body-first work where alignment and range are practised as their own craft, feeding everything else on the mat.
Stillness as discipline. Passive shapes held three to seven minutes; a practice of staying where you are.
Yin · from Chinese, “the receptive.” Passive shapes, long holds, slow time.
Tailored to the body in the room. Private studio, home, or on-site, for beginners, returning practitioners, or those working around injury.
One to One · a practice built from the ground up. Alignment, breathwork, and somatic attention, shaped to one person.
tailored corporate classes

Yoga is a return – to the breath, to the body, to the āsana you are actually in. Yoga is retreat and reflection. I teach yoga the way it was given to me: as a craft, as a discipline, as a conversation with my own presence.
When you understand your body, give it time, and challenge it here and there, you create clarity and focus. Again and again we catch ourselves judging and distracted. In yoga we practise what saṃyama teaches: an attention that grows finer and more sensitive despite our inner resistance.

My understanding of yoga and bodywork rests on years of practice and on the conviction that yoga makes room for balance and for a deeper understanding of yourself.
I have practised yoga for ten years and want to pass on the idea behind it. I began with strong Ashtanga; today I am at home in a mix of styles. On retreats or in private sessions, every class I build weaves tradition together with contemporary practice.
Alongside my work on the mat I work as a systemic consultant and have facilitated team processes inside companies for many years. The two practices belong to one another. Whether I am holding space for a class or for a team, the instruments are the same: listening, attention to where you actually stand, and a patient belief that the body already knows more than it thinks it does. My work is a practice I return to every day and pass on gladly.
