2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Netlify Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. When the site is called up, Netlify automatically collects technical information (server log files) that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, the URL requested, HTTP status code, referrer URL, and browser and operating system identifier (user agent).
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in delivering the site without technical fault and in keeping it secure. Netlify deletes the data automatically after a short time and does not merge it with other sources.
Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which provides an adequate level of protection for transfers to the United States. Details of Netlify's processing: netlify.com/privacy.
3. Typefaces
This website uses the typeface Inter. It is served locally from our own servers via Netlify. No connection is made to external providers such as Google Fonts.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. No analytics, tracking or marketing services are used. Your visit is not evaluated and not assigned to any user profile.
5. Contact by email
If you contact me by email at flow@hannahjaspert.com, your message — including your email address and whatever you tell me — is processed solely in order to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract or teaching relationship) or (f) (legitimate interest in answering your enquiry). The data is deleted once the purpose has lapsed and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.
6. External links
This website links to external providers, in particular Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), eversports (eversports GmbH), JOMO Studio and Jaspert Physio Atelier. Clicking one of these links takes you off this website. The respective provider's own privacy terms then apply. I have no influence over how these third parties process data.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the following rights: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21). 8. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR.
